'Protein, Protein, Protein and Water, Water, Water'. For 5 days out of the past 7, that's been my life. It's also about counting. Three sets of 50 reps for 7 different exercises is a lot of counting. The results make it worthwhile. For this week, I'm down 3.4 pounds, I'm down 9.8 for this milestone (2.8 over goal!!), and -65.8 total. I made my exercise goal for the week and on average for the milestone. Cool. I have one more week of the 5 high protein / 2 high
carb nutrition plan. I'm done with the high rep lifting routine. Thank you very much! I'm not sure what the routine will look like tonight. I'm ready for a change.
My goals for the next milestone will be the same. 7 pounds and exercising 270 minutes per week.
