This weekend was tough!

Too many temptations. Too little time. Too little planning. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend but it didn't help me with my plans to: Think Smart. Eat Well. Move More. I covered the moving more. It's the other two that tripped me.

I've started this blog as a way to journal my progress through each of my milestones. I'd like to create daily blogs -- but, at minimum, they'll be weekly at my Wednesday check-ins.

Today, I'm back on plan.

Weight: -29.5 (that's up 2.5 from my last check-in, that can't all be from the weekend, can it?)

Exercise: 60 minutes strengthing/toning

Welcome!!!! I hear you on the tough weekend. I'm still trying to hack off the last bit I gained. Hopefully tomorrow won't be so bad! Hugs, and hang in there through the Thanksgiving weekend!
