MS15: Week 4 Check-In

Sheesh, time is going by fast. Already more than half way through this milestone. Fortunately, so far it's exceeding the results of the last milestone. Yeah!

This week was pretty quiet. The only exciting things were the PB2 find (yum!) and a good recipe for a "healthified" pasta salad. I love pasta so any way I can fit it in as a healthy (or healthier) option is good news.

The three sets of 30 in the exercise routine seems to be going well. The high reps don't suck as much as I thought they would. It's only my second week. Hopefully this lack of sucking continues. =D I meet with Renee again next Tuesday but then I'm off for a week with her as she'll be in Mexico (I'm so jealous). I'll continue the three sets of 30 while she's gone. Then, I'm back with her for one week then I'm gone Mar 11-13. So, the schedule is a little bumpy coming up.

So far, I'm on track to meet my end of February goal. 1.2 pounds to go and 2.5 weeks to do it. Shouldn't be a problem (famous last words, I know).

I met my exercise goal; 390 minutes over 6 days.
