MS16: Week 4 Check-In

You've got to be kidding me! I just typed like a two page entry and blogger gave me an error! and just lost all that I'd typed. What the heck. I'll attempt to repost it later.

This week:
-0.2 pounds for the week
-0.8 pounds for the milestone
-100.2 pounds in total.

I exceeded my exercise goal by 30 minutes; logging 375 minutes over 6 days (62.5 minutes per day average).
