This week seems to be some type of
anomaly. In my opinion, it is due in part to
PMSing and in part to my fainting spell / chemical imbalance. There's no other reasonable explanation for the drastic weight gain this week. I did well eating and exercising coming into this week. Seriously, I had gained 10 pounds over night. That's just not possible. Some of it came of in the next day or two but
sheesh, that's not right. Due to the medical issue, I had to take a couple of days off exercising and then returned with a lighter work out for a day. As a result, I missed my exercise goal this week. Hopefully next week will be better!!!
This week:
+5.8 pounds for the week
+5 pounds for the milestone
-94.4 pounds in total.
I exercised 5 times totaling 300 minutes. Missing goal by 45 minutes (one day, basically).
