This week I'm traveling again - visiting a vendor in Dallas. The food options are better but still I'm not able to be as diligent as I am at home. Breakfast has some better options (oatmeal, albeit instant, apples, and hard boiled eggs) on the continental breakfast. Lunches, so far, are better but still not good as we're eating "take out" so we don't waste time driving to a sit down restaurant. The "fitness center" is a joke. One treadmill, one bike, one elliptical. That's it. No weights to speak of. I will meet my cardio goals but not lifting. Better than nothing, I guess.
I hope I haven't gained too much over these two weeks. It totally stinks that next week is the end of the milestone. I know I'm going to be up and that will make me sad even though it's explainable. I haven't weighed myself since 4/30. I hope it's not too much of a shocker when I step on the scale next week.
