MS17: Week 4 Check-In

No official check in this week as I am on the road traveling (no scale). So, reporting in on exercise only. I'm pretty sure I'm gaining weight though. The conference I'm at has all of the food preordained. My only option is how much of it I eat, rather than what I eat. While delicious, the food has been FAR from healthy. And, when it's ladden with fat and sauces, you can eat less but then you're not full/satisfied and you only crave more later. Not a good set up at all.

I missed my exercise goal. I exercised 5 times totaling 280 minutes. I basically missed one day. Fortunately, the resort has a nice fitness room with cardio, free weights, and a couple of weight machines so I shouldn't blow the exercise part of the rest of the week.
