My first day back to work after an extended holiday weekend. Catching up after being off is a drag. But, I'm happy today as I was down another .5 on the scale today. -3 for this milestone, -34.5 total. I've also got sore biceps and a sore bum today from my visit with my trainer last night. A good work out with some deceptively easy looking exercise. They only look easy. They are actually very intense. Hopefully I can keep this pace up for a while!

Woo-hoo!!!! A sore bum is a very good thing -- soon you'll have saggy underwear!
Thanks, I think. I'm not sure saggy underwear is a desirable state. Almost as bad as crawlers!
