Well, I'm up 2.2 pounds this week. While it's disappointing to be posting a gain this week, it's not surprising based on the loss I saw last week and since I was at the cabin with my family for 3 days (Saturday-Monday). A correction of some type was to be expected. I did not eat as well as I should have at the cabin (as is usual). But I did meet my exercise goals - though I did miss one of my lifting days. I ended up having 3
cardio days and 2 lifting days. So, I still consider it as meeting my goal but the split should have been the other way around. I think anything is better than nothing as long as I meet my commitment of exercise at least 5 days a week (270 minutes is my stated goal).
I have another tough weekend ahead of me as I'll be at the cabin this weekend, for 3 days again (Friday-Sunday). I'm not sure if I'll meet my exercise goals next week as I'll be watching my nieces and the family dogs -- Jeannette and Dave are out of town for the weekend. It will be very difficult for me to get away with the puppy and Brianna to supervise. But, if I exercise every other day (all of the week days), I can still make my goal.
