MS13: Week 6 Check-In

This week signifies the end of my 13th milestone. That's exactly one and half years, 18 months. In that period, I ALMOST met 100 pounds lost. I'm checking-in at -96.4 at the end of this milestone. I'm very pleased with that number. I'm still hoping to get to -100 by the end of the year. That's 3.6 pounds in a little over 3 weeks. With some serious dedication (and little or no slip ups!) it should be possible. That's just a smidge over 1 pound a week.

This week:
-4.2 pounds for the week
-9.6 pounds for the milestone
-96.4 pounds total

I exceeded my exercise goal (395 minutes with 6 occurrences). Partly due to having WAY too much energy on Sunday. I don't know where it came from but I certainly took advantage of it by getting in a 75 minute lifting session plus a 45 cardio session (circuit training on the treadmill). Crazy. I hate the treadmill but it appealed to my energy level on Sunday.

For the milestone, I exceeded my goal for weight loss, I was targeting -6 pounds and lost -9.6! I also exceeded my exercise goal, getting in 2,030 minutes versus my targeted 1,620 minutes. Do you suppose the two are related?

For the milestone, I also returned to logging/journaling my food almost every day. Do you suppose that is related too? I'm thinking yes and plan to keep it up for the next milestone.

Unitil later . . .

Think Smart. Eat Well. Move More.
