As of this morning, I officially have just 5 pounds remaining to get to the RD and DR recommended weight for me. Wahoo! Now, I just need to be good over the weekend. I'm on track to make my final goal by 4/9. Yeah!
Now, I'm off to each lunch and then hit the gym for weight training and some cardio. I'm going out to dinner and to a show (Triple Espresso) with a friend and I suspect the food options won't be ideal so I need to burn a few extra calories in preparation.
