MS17: Week 3 Check-In

This week:
-2.0 pounds for the week
-1.4 pounds for the milestone
-101.8 pounds total

I blew by my exercise goal - getting in 6 days for a total of 425 minutes. Mostly because I knew, due to traveling, that I will be short next week.
