It's been a long road but I've officially graduated from assisted push-ups (from your knees) to doing all military push-ups (from your toes). Last night was the first time that I was able to get through full sets (15 each set) only doing military push-ups. When I started this, I was lucky to be able to do one. Now I did 30. I guess I have come a long way.
Next week, Renee is going to have me start a new/different workout routine. I'll post more about what it is next week, after I've done it once.
