MS8: Week 2 Check-In

I didn't make as much progress this week as I would have hoped (Easter weekend and it's related food and candy sabotaged me). But, I did at least move in the right direction. I'm down .6 pound today; which puts me at +1.2 for this milestone and -54.8 total. I was 15 minutes short of my overall exercise goal; made 3 of 3 weight lifting days and only one cardio day (on Easter Sunday, while at my sisters, for 60 minutes. Thank you very much.). So, technically I missed one whole day but was able to sneak in 15 extra minutes on my weight days (extra bicep and core work) and 15 extra minutes on my one cardio day.

I forgot to mention last week, I went shopping with my sister and bought 2 pairs of pants and 4 shirts. All sizes are 'back' into the regular sizes. It's exiting that I no longer have to buy Women's (or plus) sizes. Two of the shirts are even Larges (rather than XL). The two other shirts are XL but they are fitted dress shirts with little give. The XL was a smidge to big buy the Large was too small and looked bad. Based on how I know I lose weight (where it was tight will be one of the last places to go) I think they'll fit for a while.

As sad as it is to say, my goal for next week is to lose at least the 1.2 pounds that I'm still up from MS8 Week 1; which would put me at 'even' for the milestone. I can do that!
