Needless to say, I ended up gaining weight this week. For this milestone, and this week, I'm up nearly two pounds (1.8). I'm not happy about that. To date, I'm at -54.2 pounds. It's been well over a month and I've pretty much plateaued, or at least slowed down to a pitiful pace. It may be time to shake things up. What does that mean? I'm not sure. I'll have to think about it. Over all, I'm still SLOWLY heading in the right direction. It'll just take me years to reach my goals at this pace!
I've recovered enough that I can get back fully into the exercise routine. That should help. I'm hoping for a better week next week. At minimum back in the right direction.
