MS9: Week 2 Check-In

This entry is way late. So, here are just the brief facts for the week 2 check-in.

I was down 2 pounds from week 1. Putting me at -.2 for the milestone and -66 total. I met my exercise goals; in time and occurences. A good week but not quite good enough to make my goal of -67. Drat!
