This is the last week of this milestone and the week's results contributed to making this milestone respectable. My goal was to lose 6 pounds in 6 weeks. I came in just a little under goal at 5.4 pounds. While I would like to see a little above 6 rather than a little below, I continue to go in the right direction and that's what really matters.
This week:
-2.4 pound for the week;
-5.4 pounds for the milestone;
-86.8 total
I made my exercise goal, exercising 5 days for a total of 285 minutes.
