I'm still recovering from the set back last week at the conference. I'm down a little from my weigh in on the 28
th, but I haven't fully recovered yet. The sad news is that I'm halfway through this milestone and I'm up 2 pounds. I absolutely cannot, and will not, allow the number at the end of the milestone be positive. It will be negative. I don't care what I have to to do make it happen. Which, is quite a challenge as now that the light at the end of the tunnel is not only visible but pretty big, it's harder and harder to lose weight, even a pound is much more of a challenge than it used to be.
This week:
+1.2 pounds for the week;
+2 pounds for the milestone;
-79.2 total
I made my exercise goal by exercising every day once I got home from the conference. So, it was a 5 day interruption but check-in-wise, it straddled two weeks so I was able to cover it.
