MS13: Week 3 Check-In

I don't have too much to say today since I just posted on Monday. One thing to add is that not only did I love the Boxing class, it was evidently an excellent workout. Even though I've been exercising religiously for over a year, both cardio and lifting, on Tuesday I had muscles sore that have never been sore before. I also had some very familiar soreness. It obviously is a new application of tried and true muscles. I'll definitely be going again.

This week:
-1.6 pounds for the week;
-4.8 pounds for the milestone;
-91.6 total

I exceeded my exercise goal, for the third week in a row. Exercising 6 days for a total of 345 minutes.
