MS13: Week 4 Check-In

Happy (almost) Thanksgiving!

I had my second cardio-boxing class this week. It was a great workout but, thankfully, I didn't get nearly as sore as I did after the first class. Then, last night was my night with my trainer. I'm not sure what it was, but something last night (or possibly Monday night) has made my knee stiff, sore, and a bit weak today. No pain, exactly. Just not normal. I'm very hopeful that it is just a well used muscle as nothing is painful. I'll get crabby if there's an injury involved!

I took some Advil this AM after doing my cardio (yes, I got up early and did step aerobics at a little after 4). I wasn't sure my knee was going to make it. I did finish the 45 minute routine but I didn't work as hard as normal. With Thanksgiving tomorrow, my 11/28 goal just a week away, and me having 2 more pounds to lose to make that goal, there will be no slacking off!

I'll be at my sisters house tonight through Sunday. No scale (or not my scale, anyway), more temptation (she's always got junk food around), and a more difficult time fitting my exercise in. I'll do my best. That's all I can do. I want to lose the 2 pounds and that is my goal; but, realistically, I will be happy with maintaining this week.

This week:
-1.4 pounds for the week;
-6.2 pounds for the milestone;
-93 total

I exceeded my exercise goal, again (yeah!); exercising 6 of 7 days for a total of 345 minutes.
