This week contained Christmas and a 5 day eating binge! Ugh. What was I thinking? I had a utter and complete lack of will power while with my family for the long holiday break. I got most of my exercise in but the scales reflected my eating. Drat!
This week:+6 pounds (crap!)
+5.2 pounds for this milestone
-91.2 pounds total
I was one day short on my exercise goals; getting in 4 days and 240 minutes.
