Sad news with the week's check-in. I had a tough week even though I was very diligent exercising and staying near my 1,500 calories (within 60 calories each day). But, on Sunday I was up 3 pounds from my last check-in. I did have one slice of pizza on Friday (more sodium yet calories were accounted for and within my target range) but that should not be 3 pounds. One thing I was wondering if it's taking time for my body to adjust to the new carbohyrate and protein split (protein went from 134 to 84). It's started to come back off, which is good. The change in nutrients is the only thing I can think to 'blame'. It's good that things have turned around. Hopefully, I'll be back at the -100 point by next week's check-in.

I exceeded my exercise goal; 360 minutes on 5 days (2 hours on one day!!).
