MS14: Week 4 Check-In

Well, the good news is that I'm back to my 12/12 weight after my Christmas eating disaster. Everything was tasty but I ate way too much and really didn't show much contraint at all.

This week I plan to post a 2007 recap and my 2008 goals.

New Years wasn't as much trouble to me as Christmas was. That was almost completely due to the fact that I stayed home over the weekend and really only had the party on 12/31 to try and lure me from my healthy plans. I did enjoy few snacks. However, I tried to allot for it in my calories. I went into the party only having eaten about 1,250 calories for the day. My target is 1,500.

Tomorrow when I meet with Renee, we're taking measurements again and starting a new routine. The measurements scare me a bit as the last month is pretty much a big goose egg as far as progress goes, according to the scale. Maybe even if the number on the scale doesn't change (much), hopefully I have more muscle so the BMI will still go down.

This week:
-5.2 pounds
even for this milestone
-96.4 pounds total

I WAY exceeded my exercise goals. Partly due to me trying to recapture and recover from the previous week. I exercised 7 days for a total of 435 minutes (goal is 300 minutes and 5 days).
