I'm sticking with the boxing class. I can't even begin to describe how much I enjoy it. It's a great workout - for strength and cardio and for endurance. It's a great stress reliever. Had a tough day? Throw your best right-cross at the heavy bag. Someone make you angry? Take it out on the reflex bag. Have to go to the bathroom? Don't jump rope!! =). This week, I also signed on for a FULL YEAR with my trainer again. Prior to this it was a pay as you go thing. Now they offer a new program that's cheaper if you sign a contract (I can see their point). But, also, I know that staying physically active and fit is crucial to lose these last few pounds and to KEEP THEM OFF. So, I'm committed through January of 2009! It's a big financial commitment but I'm worth it, darn it!

I exercised 345 minutes over six days. I'm officially a gym rat. I'm officially addicted to exercise. Who would have thunk'd it?
