MS 6: Week 1 Check-In

Since I posted yesterday, I really don't have too much narrative to add. So, I'll just get the basics down for this check-in.

I met my exercise goal; both in total number of minutes and in the split between cardio and weight lifting -- goal 270 minutes; actual 330, 3 weight lifting days, 2 cardio days, plus a 'bonus' Pilates day. The pattern of a pound loss a day ended, or at least temporarily resided. Today I'm at -.2, -5.8 (wahoo!) for this check-in and milestone, and -43.8 total. Maybe if I'm lucky, and very good, I can make the 50 pound mark in a few of weeks. By the end of the month would be wonderful.

The repair person is coming out tomorrow morning to fix my elliptical trainer. I'll be glad to have that working again so I have more variety for my cardio days. Variety really is the key for me. I have PT tonight with Renee then I should be able to get 60 minutes of cardio in on the elliptical on Thursday night. That's my plan, anyway. Until later. . .
