I think I made it! Now the trick will be to continue in this direction and not have any more slides backwards. I don't ever want to report a "-thirty something" weight loss again. I did Pilates and step aerobics last night. The scale showed me -1 pound from Thursday, that puts me at -2.8 for this milestone and -40.8 total.
I'm off to finish cleaning by bathroom then I'm heading downstairs for my weight training. Ugh. I'm not feeling like doing it today; but, do it I shall. There's a picture on the wall where I get my personal training that says "Success doesn't come to you. You go to it." So, off I go. . .
Reality Check
Post script: I was doing my 21 pound (per arm) flys and was thinking about how darn heavy they were. Then it struck me that the amount of weight that was so stinkin' heavy was just about equal to the amount of weight I've lost so far. I can't imagine, now, carrying all that weight around on a daily basis. Sheesh!
