MS11: Week 5 Check In

The Memorial weekend was a 4 day weekend for me and was tough on my healthy living plans. As I knew it would be.

For this week...
+3 pounds for the week;
-4.8 for the milestone;
-7.2 total
I exceeded my exercise goal by 15 minutes (285 vs goal of 270 minutes). I got in three lifting days and two cardio days.
