No official check-in for this week. I was out of town for a work conference (left on Sunday) and didn't have my scale available for my regular Wednesday weigh-in. My last weigh-in for this week would have been Saturday, which put me up another .2 of a pound (still going the wrong, way, darn it). When I got back (9/28 weigh in), I was up even more, another 1.8 pounds putting me at -78.2 total. It's sad/bad to be up, but considering I was at a conference -- where the food is provided and I have no control over the options, just the portions -- and I wasn't able to exercise, it really could have been much worse. Time to get back at it in a serious way.
