MS11: Week 6 Check-In

I'm closing in on my first target weight goal. 18.8 pounds away. Dropping another 18.8 pounds will officially put me just within the top boundary of the healthy weight range -- according to everything I've seen in print -- for my height. In January I'm due for a regular physical and plan to consult with my doctor on setting a realistic and maintainable goal. I'd like to set my final goal as a range rather than one specifc number. Maybe a range 3-5 pounds.

For this week...

-4 pounds for the week;
-8.8 for the milestone;
-81.2 total
I exceeded my exercise goal by 30 minutes (300 vs goal of 270 minutes).
I got in three lifting days and two cardio days.
