Another even day

I did my weight lifting last night. That's a nice victory for me on a couple of fronts. First, I didn't want to do it. I found many things I 'needed' to do first (fold a load of laundry, dishes, sweep the floor, finish making my bed). But, I did do it. I may have procrastinated as long as possible (I was off work the whole darn day) but the 60 minutes of weight training happened. The second portion of the victory is that I got in the 3 weight training days for this week (ends tomorrow). That's cool. Assuming I get in my aerobics tonight, I'll make my exercise goal which will hopefully lead to also making my weight loss goals.

This morning I was even again. No loss, -37 total. I'm at -1 for this week. That's good. I'm hoping for another -.5 tomorrow. We'll see. I'm behind on water for today -- I need to get crackin' there.
