Happy Saturday! I slept great last night. I even slept in this morning (for me) until almost 8:00. That's amazing. I feel very much refreshed. I didn't get my weight training in last night like I had planned. I worked late; maybe too late. Got home around 6:45, ate dinner, and didn't have much energy for anything. Also, if I would have exercised after 8pm, I know I would have had trouble falling asleep. All is not lost though. As long as I make today and Monday weight training days, and Sunday and Tuesday cardio days, I'll still make my exercise goal this week. I'll get up dark and early to do my exercise, if I have to. I'd like to avoid it as getting up at 4:15 is obscenely early.
Today I'm at -34, -1.5 since yesterday and -.5 since my last check-in. I need to remember to ask Renee two things on Wednesday. Can I do Pilates the day after or before a weight training day and when will she take measurements again. It will be 3 weeks since I started seeing her. I'm not sure how often she takes them. I think it would be motivating to see a reduction in the numbers there if the scale is going to move more slowly (or in the wrong direction!).
