My week 3 check-in put me at -1.5 for the week and -6 for the milestone. One pound away from my goal. But, since I have 3 week's left, I'll unofficially shoot for the 10 pound mark. I made my exercise goal, exactly. I'm really happy that I got all three of the weight training days in. I can't even say how much I don't like weight training. Gotta run.

Awesome progress! I'm the opposite--I love the weight training, hate the cardio. Both are necessary evils. :-) Way to go for this milestone!
