I am up 1 pound today. *pout* The only thing I did 'off-plan' was that I ate out last night. No beer or alcohol, no pop, and I had a broiled chicken sandwich and fresh fruit. The only slightly off piece was the bread (French roll rather than the low fat - whole wheat I'm used to eating). Or, maybe it was the weight training. Can't say. The good news is that on a day when I'm a little down because I'm a little up (ha!), I got a couple of comments on my visible progress. Always nice to hear.
