On Wednesday, I did dead lifts. Ouch. My hamstrings and lower back got a really good work out. The whole work out was really tough but I muscled (no pun intended!) through it. Yesterday, I didn't work out. I had some errands to run and I went out to dinner with a friends. A nice, but cold, night.
Yesterday I was down another .5, but today I'm up 1 pound. Probably was the dinner and extra salt last night. Hopefully it won't take me too long to recover. I'll try to drink extra water today to flush that salt out. That puts me at -35.5 total as of today. Today I plan to do cardio (to work out some of my lingering stiffness) and get my weight training in on Saturday. Today, I have more errands to run and I need to do more Christmas shopping. I feel behind this year.
