Will it hold for tomorrow?

I'm at -35.5 total, -4 for this milestone. Usually when I have 2 consecutive down days, I usually have an up day; at least a half a pound, if not more. I can't explain it, it just happens. I'd be absolutely thrilled to be down 2 pounds for the second week in a row. I did my at home weight training last night. About 45 minutes after I finished, I struck me that I think I forgot the second set of exercises for my back. I surely don't remember doing them. It took me a full 60 minutes so either I was really pokey or I did them and I'm just spacing it out. Since I'm not particularly fond of lifting weights, it's possible that I am suppressing the memory. ;) I'd LOVE to suppress the memory of 'side planks'. An effective, but horrible, isometric exercie to build core strength (abs, back, shoulder). Yuck, yuck, yuck. I can't tell you how hard they are. My goal is to hold each side for 30-45 seconds. I'm lucky to get 10-15 out before my body turns into a quivering, unstable mess and I plop gracelessly onto the ground. This pic has the side plank bracing on the fore arm. Renee has me do it with a straight - but not locked at the elbow - arm. It's my shoulder and arm that cannot hold the position.
