As of this check-in: I'm down .9 from my last check-in, -6.9 for this milestone, and -38.4 total. Very close to my 7 pound goal for this milestone and I still have two weeks to go! I got in my third weight training on Monday, and did step-aerobics last night. Even so, I was 60 minutes (one day) short of my exercise goal. I must of have done a good job on the weight training on Monday. I have muscle stiffness in a couple of places (back and hamstrings) that I usually only get after working with Renee. That's good, I guess, that I can work out to that same level on my own. Part of it depends, I think, on what the actual exercises are. Some are more adaptable to home than others.
Tonight I see Renee again and I think we're doing measurements. I'm not certain. I'm both kind of excited and kind of anxious. I don't really have any set expectations, which is where the anxiousness comes from. I'm excited though because I've worked hard and I hope the measurements will show some results. I'll post either tonight or tomorrow about that (if it happens). Until later. . .
