Oh! Oh! Oh!

No, I'm not dyslexic. I’m not intending to say Ho! Ho! Ho! It's Oh-Oh-Oh, as in zero, zero, zero. That's been my weight change, or lack thereof, for the last three days. The up side is that it isn't up, up, up. The down side is that tomorrow is a check-in day! Eek. I really hope I'm not adding an 'Oh' tomorrow. That would blow, blow, blow. I know I need to expect to be stable or even gain with the weight training but I just can't seem to wrap my mind around that. I'm exercising and eating well. I ‘should' drop some weight.

I’m going to be one day short on exercising this week. My weekend was away from home and extended longer than I planned. We did fun family stuff – so that’s good. I’m proud to say, though, that it wasn’t a weight training day that I missed. I got all three of those in!

To end on a positive note… It may not be visible, but I am getting some muscle definition in my upper arms. Still droopier, jigglier, and larger than I'd like but if I flex my whole arm, I can feel the muscle that goes from the top of my shoulder down to my bicep. Like I said, it's not visible, but I can feel it with my other hand. That's a start!

Hey! I sat behind you at the meeting yesterday and I could definitely see your arms were firmer. You are looking more 'solid', which is a way good thing. Keep it up, champ.

Thanks, Peg! Thinking of me being solid still evokes an unlady like snort from me. I'm still more Santa-like and less "Ms. Universe"-like but progess is progress.
